Did you know that United Nations declared June 21st as International Day of Yoga? The purpose is to raise awareness on the multiple benefits of the India born holistic practice.
Last year, International Day of Yoga was widely celebrated all over the world. This year, for obvious reasons, the theme will be "Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family".

Join a free online yoga class with Meeta Jain, a certified yoga teacher based in New Delhi.
Last year, Meeta organized a community event in her neighborhood. This year, she virtually invites the whole world to join her and her students on June 21st.
The online yoga session will last 90 minutes:
- 15 min: introduction and warming exercises
- 1 hr: yoga class
- 15 min: relaxation and Q&A
The class is open to anyone, especially beginners who have never tried yoga yet. Intermediary practitioners are most welcome, too, and will challenged!
